In rural Africa or upscale eco-lodges far from utility lines, luxury living no longer requires diesel noise. For a 400m² villa in Namibia, we designed a complete off-grid system around the RS-VED 8KW hybrid inverter and a 48V 200Ah lithium battery bank (9.6KWH usable) .
The RS-VED acts as the brain: it prioritizes solar charging, seamlessly switches to battery at night, and automatically starts a backup generator only when battery drops below a configurable threshold. With dual MPPT trackers supporting up to 11KW of solar panels, the villa's air conditioners, induction cooktop, well pump, and entertainment system run entirely on sunshine.
The 200Ah lithium pack delivers high continuous discharge (up to 10KW) — enough to start the air conditioner's compressor without voltage droop. Users control everything via a color touchscreen or remote monitoring portal, tracking solar harvest, battery health, and load patterns in real time.
The system is silent, produces zero emissions, and requires no fuel runs. For villa owners tired of generator fumes and fuel theft, this solution offers true energy freedom with 10+ years battery life.
