Indonesia's disaster-prone geography — volcanic eruptions, earthquakes, floods — demands rapid-deployment emergency power. This mobile power station, mounted on a rugged trailer, uses our LS33 60KL low frequency UPS (60KVA/48KW) as the clean energy core.
Unlike standard UPS units, the LS33 features a wide input voltage range, allowing it to accept power from unstable generators or even damaged grid lines. The 12V 250Ah deep-cycle sealed lead acid batteries offer high surge current capability, essential for starting pumps, communication gear, field lighting, and emergency charging piles simultaneously.
When the mobile station is towed to a remote village after a typhoon, the UPS automatically switches to battery mode with 0 transfer time, ensuring no reboot of sensitive medical or radio equipment. The low-frequency topology also provides built-in input/output isolation, eliminating ground loop issues when connecting to makeshift generators.
Field teams report that the LS33 withstands dust, humidity, and rough transport without derating. For disaster response agencies, this UPS turns any truck into a hardened microgrid.
