What makes this series different is the 3-level inverter topology. It handles loads that trip up many UPS units: half-wave rectifier loads like blow dryers or solenoid valves, induction motors, and laser printers. So if your setup includes a mix of sensitive electronics and equipment with tricky power draws, this one won’t flinch.
Efficiency is solid—93% in online mode, and if you switch to ECO mode, it jumps to 97%. But the real story here is the lithium-ion battery. Compared to a traditional lead-acid UPS with similar runtime, this one takes up about half the space and delivers up to three times the backup time. That’s a big deal when rack space is tight or runtime requirements are long.
There’s also deep integration with BMS (battery management system). You get both a dry contact interface and a ModBUS (RS485) interface. The dry contact handles high-level control—telling the UPS when to charge or discharge based on BMS status. ModBUS gives you precise battery data: voltage, state of charge, state of health, and even runtime prediction. And here’s the smart part—the two interfaces work as redundant communication paths. If one fails, the other keeps things running. No single point of failure.
The charger itself is a four-stage design (constant current, constant voltage, floating, turn-off) built specifically for lithium-ion. If you’re using a custom battery pack, the charging logic can be tuned to match.
Input range is wide: 65V to 145V, 40 to 70Hz. That means it stays on utility power longer and doesn’t drain the battery unnecessarily when the grid gets messy. Output power factor is 0.9, frequency auto-senses 50/60Hz, and voltage is selectable—so it fits a broad range of applications.
Inside, the build quality is serious. The main PCB uses FR4 glass fiber base with conformal coating. Components are spaced with large span to handle harsh environments better. Ventilation is well thought out to avoid dust buildup, and the coating adds corrosion resistance.
Because the controller is powerful and the architecture is open, customization is on the table. If you need it to integrate with an automatic control system or an intelligent supervisory system, that can be done.
